Course: Food Production Theory & Practicals I & II

Chef Mehernosh is a distinguished culinary professional with 13 years of exposure in the finest kitchens, in hotels, on board cruise lines and culinary training institutes. He excels in Italian & French cuisine and has expansive knowledge in International Cuisine. Having worked with renowned chefs across the world, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with the next generation. Chef Mehernosh secured his Qualified Learning Facilitator certification from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. He holds a Masters in Tourism and is currently pursuing his M.Phil (Tourism). As an amateur artist, he encourages creativity, not only as an array of colors and textures in food, but also in all avenues of expression such as writing, sculpture etc. Chef Mehernosh supports ecological sustainability and animal rights. Presently, he is working on an innovation in culinary training which shall soon come into print for the benefit of current and future culinary professionals.
