“It’s the greatest experience, working as a learning facilitator at Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa, which bears the name of the world’s most renowned institute Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne. Here, I was introduced to a new interactive methodology of class instruction. The learners take active interest in adding to their existing knowledge and sharing what they have acquired through reading industry literature. The scenic surroundings of Lavasa allow the student to detach from the active life of the city and devote more hours towards building expertise.“
Rajendra Nabar holds a diploma in Hotel Management and has 23 years of work experience in India and the Middle-East. He specializes in contract catering operation, Industrial Catering and Quick service restaurants and fine dining. One of his specialties is systematic mobilization and operation of Star Graded Motels with ultra modern facilities. Rajendra Nabar has joined the organization from the UAE where he worked as an Area Operations Manager for Spinney’s Abu Dhabi LLC. His passion for music and the nature has attracted him to Lavasa. Rajendra is a qualified learning facilitator from the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne. |
