Yasmin Charania has been with us since the inception of Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Psychology, she joined the service industry, where she got the opportunity to train young adults on soft skills. She moved on to work as an Assistant Manager for Training at Mitcon (Pune). In her next assignment with an Aviation Institute in Pune, she trained students on Personality Development and grooming, allowing them to become successful Cabin Crew with the best international and domestic airlines. Her approachability enables her to counsel students on their professional and personal lives. With a cumulative experience of 9 years as well as a Qualified Learning Facilitator Certification from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Yasmin is facilitating learning at Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa on varied areas of core communications as well as the softer aspects. She plays a vital role in sensitizing students on International Business Protocol and Business Etiquettes. As an accomplished Art of Living teacher, she will empower students to create a work life balance helping them become well-rounded professionals.
