Security and Caution Deposit (interest free)

The student’s first invoice will include the aforementioned security and caution deposit, intended to cover any expenses (damages caused to the property or other unforeseen costs), that the student may incur during his/her studies at Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa without interest. The deposit or its remaining amount will be refunded upon the student’s completion of studies or withdrawal from Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa. |

Once the student is accepted into Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa, a registration fee (non-refundable) of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) as a part of tuition fees is to be paid to confirm the student’s enrolment which will be adjusted in the tuition fee of the first semester of the academic year.

The fee for the course is invoiced prior to start of each semester for the academic year. 50% of the annual fee is to be paid before the beginning of first semester (including the Royalty Fees of CHF600) and balance 50% is payable before the beginning of the second semester. Payment of fees can be made by DD/Cheque/Cash/Pay Order payable to “ Dasve Hospitality Institutes Limited“ at the following address:-

Non payment of fees within the time period as communicated by the Institute will result in strict measures by the Institute. In addition a fine of Rs. 100/- per day(Rupees one hundred) will be levied, payable by the student, failing which the management shall have the right to cancel the admission of the student without being liable and/or responsible for any consequences.
CAM Charges: Common Area Maintenance Charges
This fee is charged towards maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure.
Taxes: All government taxes, as applicable, are to be paid by the student.
Dispute: Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai alone.
*Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa has the right to change or alter any part of the fee structure without any notice or information. |
